They were so very nice during the whole process and answered any little questions I was unsure of. Very professional. All around great experience would recommend to anyone looking for a nice puppy.

Adoption here was such an easy process! We were able to pick out a puppy online, and then come to pick him up. Everyone at Charlotte Dog Club was so kind to work with, and we were able to come and play with our puppy before taking him home with us. The puppy starter kits are a lifesaver for us first time dog owners!

My experience with Charlotte Dog Club was absolutely wonderful! They were so patient & helpful as this was my first puppy and I wasn’t sure what breed I wanted. We had a great experience with the Charlotte Dog Club. Everyone is polite and professional. Our puppy is everything we expected and more. They ensure the dog is healthy and happy, and they make sure they are sending their animals to good homes where the pet and owner are a good fit. Two weeks after picking up our dog, they continue to reach out to ensure everything is going well, and they are on-call in the event of any questions or issues.
